Improved Breakout Rooms: Offering greater control and a more seamless breakout experience.
1. Participant Self-Selection of Breakout Rooms
Participants gained the ability to choose their preferred Breakout Room, allowing for more dynamic and flexible group collaborations.
2. Enhanced Breakout Bar for All Participants
A new Breakout Bar was introduced, providing all participants with clear indicators when Breakout Rooms are active. This bar displays the current Breakout Room name and offers controls for hosts to move between rooms, broadcast messages, or end breakouts.
3. Improved Breakout Room Discovery & Transitions
The redesigned Attendees pod now includes quick-access buttons for List, Breakout, and Status views, making breakout management more intuitive. A new 5-second countdown gives participants a smoother experience when entering or exiting Breakout Rooms.
4. Improved Pod Switcher for Breakout Preparation
Breakout Rooms now include pods from the main room in the pod switcher. This makes it easier for hosts to reuse layouts and content, saving time and ensuring consistency across sessions.
Reactions & Raise Hand: Encourage dynamic participation with new animated reactions and an improved hand-raising feature.
Pop-Out Video Streams: Highlight key speakers or participants, ensuring everyone stays engaged.
Broadcast Control: Take full control of your event’s flow with ease. This feature acts as a virtual green room, allowing hosts and presenters to make adjustments behind the scenes before going live. With simple controls to start, pause, or resume the broadcast, Broadcast Control ensures smooth transitions and keeps your virtual event running without a hitch.
1.Seamless Pre-Event Setup:
With the Broadcast Control pod now placed in the Host & Presenter Area, you can prep your event in private—test sound, check cameras, and adjust settings—without participants seeing or hearing anything. This makes event preparation more efficient and stress-free.
2.Go Live with Confidence:
When you're ready to start the session, just click ‘Start Broadcast’ to go live. The transition from setup to presentation is now instant and smooth, ensuring no interruptions.
3.Pause and Resume Anytime:
Need to troubleshoot or take a quick break? You can easily pause the broadcast, manage any issues, and choose whether to continue recording. When you're ready, simply click ‘Resume’ to go live again.
4.End with Ease:
At the end of the session, simply click ‘End Broadcast’ to finish the event and wrap everything up seamlessly.

We've enhanced our Engagement Analytics Dashboard, giving you the ability to track individual participant activity, including session duration, interactions, and quiz attempts. With downloadable reports in PDF or CSV formats, you can make data-driven decisions to improve future events.
